Teddy and his Mac

My first graphics project. πŸ™‚

This scene is done using Ayam. In this scene is a teddy bear model that uses paintedplastic as a shader and a tiger’s fur as a texture. Also in the scene is a macbook shaded with brushed metal and a porcelain texture for the apple logo to reflect light and thus produce the illusion of illumination. A table model is also included in this scene shaded with wood. In the background is a wall corner using wallpaper as a shader. And a green marble floor completes the scene. Also, two light shaders were used to light the scene: ambientlight and distantlight.

The lighting in this scene is no way near perfect, I know, but I tried my best. I’m pretty satisfied with how the scene turned out since this is my first graphics project. (And there are still a lot of room for improvement, I know. πŸ˜€ )

Well, what do you think?

  2. I agree. My “toilet bowl” model pales in comparison to this πŸ˜› Good luck in the subject!

  3. Thanks! πŸ˜€

Actually, Graphics Exercise 2 & 3 is already out. *Sigh*, no Christmas vacation for me, I guess.

We’ll be including our projects in the exhibit next year together with the projects of the previous batches. Hope to see you there. πŸ™‚

@Corsarius: So that was yours! I happened to like that “toilet bowl” model. πŸ™‚ Very creative and the lighting was good. πŸ˜€

So this is what your graphics exercise looks like. ^^, Love it.
    What a lucky bear!

When I saw this, Mika suddenly appeared in my mind. I don’t know why. That dirty little bag of cotton!

P.S. Why not try modeling Mika? Just kidding v^^,

  5. Thank you! πŸ™‚
Please check out our exhibit this coming CS Week. And its grade will depend on users’ evaluation so please take time in evaluating our works. ^^,

Hehe. I’d love to model her. Why not for our one minute animation? Can she spend overnight with me? Hahaha. Just kidding ^^,

  6. Mika would love that. Just make sure she’s FAR from you before you go to sleep so that she can’t harm you in any way possible. Oh, and she makes these eerie, demonic cries at night. It’s so cute!! Music to my ears.
